Andrée Hughes

Andrée Hughes serves as the Group Managing Executive for Research & Assignment Support at Mindcor-InterSearch since April 2015, also holding titles of Senior Principal Consultant and Principal Consultant during the same period. Prior experience includes a role as International Expat Technical Recruitment Consultant with an Independent Headhunter in the UK from May 2009 to April 2015, and Head of Research at Impact Human Resources from August 2003 to May 2009. Earlier in the career, Andrée Hughes worked as an Executive Search Researcher at Renwick International Executive Search from May 1998 to July 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science degree, specializing in Psychology and Sociology, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
