Charlie Stauffer Pe

Charlie Stauffer, PE has extensive experience in engineering and renewable energy. Charlie currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Intersect Power, where they lead and performs all engineering efforts for solar and battery storage projects. Prior to this, Charlie worked at Recurrent Energy as a Principal Transmission Engineer, leading the design and analysis of transmission interconnections for renewable energy projects. Charlie also held roles at Nordex, where they managed an international engineering team and provided technical expertise in wind turbines and grid codes, and Xantrex Technology, where they served as an Electrical Engineer and Technical Lead for power converters in the wind industry. Charlie's career also includes volunteer work with Engineers without Borders, where they served as the Electrical Lead and Translator for a project in Honduras. Charlie holds a strong background in hardware engineering, having worked as a Staff Hardware Engineer at National Instruments. Charlie Stauffer's work experience demonstrates their technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to renewable energy and engineering projects.

Charlie Stauffer, PE has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. In 2012, they received a Professional Certification in Power Electronics - Graduate Level from the University of Colorado Boulder. From 2016 to 2018, Charlie obtained a Professional Certification in Transmission & Distribution Engineering - Graduate Level from Gonzaga University.

In addition to their educational background, Charlie also holds certifications in Project Management Professional, which they received from the Project Management Institute in October 2016. Furthermore, they have a license as a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in California, which they obtained in April 2014.
