Courtney Wall (Lai)

Courtney Wall (Lai) has extensive experience in operational compliance and regulatory compliance in the renewable energy industry. Courtney is currently the Director of Operational Compliance at Intersect Power, where they oversee compliance operations. Prior to this, they worked at Cypress Creek Renewables as a Senior Manager and Manager of Operational Compliance. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and managing compliance programs. Courtney also has experience in program management, contract compliance, and lobbying disclosures at Recurrent Energy. Courtney began their career as a Network Planning Analyst at Yergovich & Associates and later worked as a Consultant in Real Estate & Urban Planning at Crown Castle.

Courtney Wall (Lai) has a background in education that includes studying Geography/City Planning at The University of Hong Kong. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy at the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to their academic qualifications, Courtney Wall (Lai) obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2017.
