Ross Mather

Ross Mather serves as the Managing Director at both Tilbury Douglas Engineering Ltd and INTERSERVE ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED since 2021 and 2018, respectively. With extensive experience at Interserve starting in 2002, Ross has held various key roles, including R&D UK Tax Credits Business Co-ordinator, Director Development, Frameworks and Alliances Director, Northern Regional Manager, and Justice Sector Operations Manager within the Engineering Services division. Prior to Interserve, Ross worked at How Group Ltd from 1998 to 2002 in Project Management for MEP Services Operations Delivery. Ross holds a Level 7 Diploma in Applied Leadership and Effective Management from the Chartered Management Institute, is progressing toward membership with the Chartered Institute Of Building Services Engineers, and is an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
