Johan Van Winkel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Johan started their career in 1992 as a Principal at Synergy Consulting Group and then moved on to become the Managing Partner at Change Management Institute NV from 1994 to 1998. In 1999, Van Winkel joined The Nut Company GmbH & Co. KGaA as the Chief Operating Officer until 2008. In the same year, they became the Managing Director at Intersnack Group, where they currently hold a leadership position.
Johan Van Winkel completed their Master in Business Administration at the University of Antwerp from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University, attending from 1986 to 1991. Johan completed their secondary education at Heilig Maagd College from 1980 to 1986.
