Johanna Dickinson has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1991 as a trainee at Pizza Hut UK & Europe and progressing to become a Restaurant General Manager. From 1998 to 2002, they worked at Gap as a Store Manager and later as a Human Resources Manager. Johanna then joined Air France as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Human Resources Business Partner. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, holding various roles including Human Resources Manager, Compensation & Benefits Controller, and HR Business Partner. Most recently, they have been working at KP Snacks as a Human Resources Director since 2014 and as the Group Human Resources Director at Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG since 2021.
Johanna Dickinson received their Fellowship Award from CIPD Qualifications in 2019. In 2010, they completed a program in Strategic HR Management at Cornell University.
