Kiran Sohail

Kiran Sohail is an HR professional with over 16+ years of experience. Starting in 2003, they began their career as a Co-ordinator at Shaal Consultants. Kiran then moved to Jassim Al Wazzan Trdg. Co. in 2004, where they worked as an Inventory Co-ordinator. In 2006, they joined Mindbridge Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager + Project Manager. In 2010, they were hired as a Client Manager at callcenterjobs.pk. In 2012, they began working at HBS Technologies as an Operations Director and Business Development Coordinator. In the same year, they moved to Horiverts Buisness solutions as an HR Manager. Finally, in 2021, they joined Intersoft as a Director Human Resources. Throughout their career, Kiran has attained strong and well-developed HR skills in handling grievances, recruitment & retention, performance appraisal, training & development, employee relations, and more. Kiran is highly motivated, committed, and determined to learn and share the knowledge base that has been and is being accumulated over the years.

Kiran Sohail completed a degree in Fashion Designing & Textiles from Damodar's in 1994, having previously studied Fashion Designing at Fr. Agnels Ashram. Additionally, they hold an IATA certification.
