Abhijit Daayma

Abhijit Daayma has a diverse work experience in project management and technical roles. Abhijit currently works as a Technical Project Manager at InterSources Inc, where they effectively manage scope, resources, and timeframes to meet client expectations. Abhijit creates and executes project work plans, identifies resources, and assigns responsibilities using work breakdown structure. Abhijit also stays updated with new technologies and their potential applications to client engagements. Abhijit ensures the production and review of required products and provides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, Abhijit supervises and leads teams to ensure high-quality implementations and reviews deliverables before passing them to clients.

Prior to their current role, Abhijit worked as a Technical Program Manager at Cognizant from July 2019 to September 2020. Abhijit has also held multiple roles at InterSources Inc, including Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Executions, and Escalations Analyst. In these roles, they built and maintained relationships with clients, conducted business reviews, and implemented various technologies in product development. Abhijit also excelled in handling bugs, strategizing GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), and completing fast-paced merchant requirements.

Furthermore, Abhijit briefly served as a Data Analyst at Google Play, where they gained experience in data analysis. Abhijit holds an MBA degree, as well as certifications in Scrum (CSM), Technical Program Management (TPM), and Big Data Analytics (BDA).

Abhijit Daayma has a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Campbellsville University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they pursued an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from San Francisco Bay University from 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they also completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the New York Institute of Technology.

For their undergraduate studies, Abhijit attended the Samarth Group of Institutions, College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University.

In terms of certifications, Abhijit holds a Scrum certification, which they acquired from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in January 2016.
