Frank Trunzer

Frank Trunzer has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Frank started their career in 1996 as a System Engineer at Bechtle GmbH, where they designed and implemented IT infrastructure solutions for various clients. In 1998, they joined Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics GmbH as a Consultant IT Infrastructure.

In 2000, Frank transitioned to Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and joined their regional IT Shared Services organization as an IT Infrastructure Manager, responsible for the local IT infrastructure at Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics GmbH. Frank was later promoted to the role of IT Business Relationship Manager, where they oversaw demand planning, project portfolio management, and process optimization for IT infrastructure services in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. In 2007, they took on the role of Acting IT Director - Global Site Services, where they implemented and delivered IT infrastructure services for J&J locations in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. Frank was eventually promoted to the position of Director IT - Global Site Services, expanding their responsibilities to include countries in Southern Europe, North Africa, and Israel.

In 2012, Frank joined Janssen, the pharmaceutical sector of Johnson and Johnson, as Director IT - Pharma Site Services. In this role, they provided governance and direction for IT infrastructure and end-user services at pharmaceutical sites globally.

In 2014, Frank transferred to Switzerland to become the Director IT Infrastructure EMEA & LAT at Johnson & Johnson. Frank led the infrastructure operation of Synthes in EMEA and LAT, ensuring the integration of Synthes' IT infrastructure into J&J's support models. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director IT Global Business Platform Services, accountable for the regional operation of data analytics, integration, database, and SAP-business platform services.

Frank's most recent position is Head of Product Line - Digital Retail at INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G., which they started in December 2022. Frank also previously held the position of Head of IT Application Management at the same company from April 2019 to November 2022.
