Niko Varwig

Niko Varwig has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. In 2007, Niko started as a Student Assistant at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where they worked until 2009. Niko then worked as a Student Assistant at Brune & Company in 2010 and 2011. In 2012, Niko served as an Intern at Siemens, followed by an internship at Capgemini Consulting in 2013.

Niko continued at Capgemini Consulting in 2013 as they completed their Bachelor Thesis. In 2015, Niko joined Detecon International GmbH as a Consultant, specializing in digital technologies and networks. After two years, Niko joined Kienbaum as a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation, Technology & Innovation in 2017. Currently, Niko works at INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G. as the Head of Business Partnering DE, AT, CZ, SK, HU in Inhouse Retail Consulting since 2019.

Niko Varwig obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Management from Trinity College Dublin in 2015. In the same year, they also participated as a visiting student in the "Doing Business in China" program at Fudan University. Prior to this, Niko completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business and Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2010 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they took part in an exchange semester abroad at Bangkok University - International College, focusing on Business and Management Studies in 2012.
