Amanda MacApagal

Amanda Macapagal is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in user experience and design processes across various companies. Currently at INTERSPORT Group since February 2023, Amanda leads the adoption of a universal design system and promotes UX education within the organization. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at SmartLockr, where Amanda managed the complete design process and collaborated with cross-functional teams, and UX Designer at BEERWULF ®, focusing on aligning user and business objectives. Additionally, Amanda served as Lead UX and Web Editor at Ørsted, overseeing multiple digital channels and managing web design and content planning. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Simon Fraser University and is pursuing a certificate in Technology, Media, & Design from The University of British Columbia. An exchange semester was completed at Utrecht University in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
