Nicole Jefferies is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, customer fulfillment, and supply chain management across prominent companies. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Interstate Batteries since February 2024 and as the Founder of JJ Integrity Investment Group, Nicole has a strong focus on governance, technology integration, and customer experience. Previous roles include President of the Technology Division at GXO Logistics, General Manager & Senior Vice President at Advance Auto Parts, and various leadership positions at Lenovo and IBM, where significant contributions to P&L management, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives were made. Nicole holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, and is currently pursuing a law degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
