Dwayne Welch

Dwayne Welch is the Chief Business Officer at Interstate Foam & Supply. Dwayne has also served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at HSM from November 2007 to March 2016. Dwayne has been in the furniture industry for over 30 years. Dwayne started their career as a summer hire at Pem-Kay Furniture during high school and college. Dwayne then worked their way up to National Product Manager at HSM. In 2003, they became the President of Hickory Furniture Mart Inc. and held that position until 2007 when they joined HSM.

Dwayne Welch completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and also attended Newton-Conover High School.

They work with Rob Baker - Senior Director of Operations, IT, Barry Metcalf - Director of Production & Personnel Development, and Tatiana Barquero - Human Resources. Dwayne Welch reports to Mark A. Webb, CEO & President.
