Lucia Shropshire is a seasoned professional in global relocations with extensive experience in managing logistics and operations within the moving industry. Currently serving as Manager of Global Relocations at Interstate Moving since June 2018, Lucia oversees TSP performance, compliance reporting, and internal efficiency processes while negotiating vendor pricing and resolving billing issues. Previous roles include Team Lead positions for ITGBL, GSA, and international operations at Interstate Moving, as well as Global Move Coordinator at Paramount Transportation Systems, and International Move Manager at UniGroup Worldwide Moving. Lucia began a career in the moving industry as an International OA/DA Coordinator at Hilldrup. An Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management was obtained from Ashford University.
