Brad Compton

Brad Compton is an experienced plant manager with a background in continuous improvement and operations excellence, currently serving as Plant Manager at Interstate Packaging since April 2021. Previously, Brad managed plant operations at Sonoco and led initiatives at Jindal Films to enhance manufacturing practices. In earlier roles, Brad held positions in quality management and engineering at Mondi Group, Schneider Electric, and Bemis Company, Inc., where certifications in Green Belt and Black Belt methodologies were achieved. Brad's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Pre-Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and Middle Tennessee State University, respectively.
