Kristina Vagen

As Vice President of Student Development, Kristina Vagen is responsible for the development of both purpose-built student and market-rate housing. To date, she has been responsible for developing just under 1M gross square feet of mixed-use, new construction. Ms. Vagen has been a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2006 and also serves on the Board of the Simpatico Theatre Project in Philadelphia.
