Denise Lesley has a BS in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University. Denise has extensive experience in operations reporting and customer experience management within the real estate industry, notably at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Currently, Denise holds the position of Senior Manager, Member Experience & Certifications at IREM, where Denise oversees certification admissions, AMO accreditation, budget management, and member conflict resolution. In their previous role as Operations Reporting Manager at LeadingRE, Denise managed the broker-to-broker referral program, membership dues, and referral fee goals surcharges.
