Stephen Schimmel Cpm

Stephen Schimmel, CPM, serves as the Director of Property Management at The Missner Group since September 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate management. As the Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of the Executive Council, Stephen has held various board positions while overseeing the operations of over 600 property management professionals. Previously, as President and Partner at McLennan Property Management Co., Stephen managed day-to-day operations for a century-old firm, focusing on business development and client service. Early career roles included managing a diverse portfolio of properties and working as a Sales Associate in retail outdoor activities. Stephen holds a BA in Business Management from Southern Illinois University and a Certified Property Manager designation from IREM.
