Will Curtis

Will Curtis, CCIM, CPM, currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Trinity University and as Commercial Managing Director at Phyllis Browning Company. As a CCIM Faculty member at The CCIM Institute and an Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management, Will specializes in teaching finance for investment real estate. In the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, Will holds multiple leadership roles including Chairman of the Board, reflecting significant involvement in one of the largest trade associations in South Texas. As Principal Broker at Crossed Sabers Commercial Real Estate, Will focuses on brokerage and property management while mentoring aspiring commercial real estate agents. Previous positions include Director of Commercial Real Estate Education at KW Commercial City View - SA, Leasing Manager at Port San Antonio, and Real Estate Manager at Welltower™ Inc. Will holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
