Donna Miller, CHMM

Donna Miller, CHMM, has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental health and safety. Donna started their career as an EH&S Specialist at S&D Environmental Services, Inc. in April 1995 and worked there until July 1999. Donna then joined Allstate Power Vac in July 1999 as the Director of Environmental Health & Safety, where they were responsible for handling environmental and health & safety matters for the company. After working there for more than 16 years, Allstate Power Vac was divested from US Ecology in November 2015.

Donna then moved on to ACV Enviro, a Republic Services Company, where they held the position of VP of Environmental, Health & Safety from November 2015 to January 2023. During their time at ACV Enviro, they also served as the Area Director- Operations Support- Atlantic from May 2022 to June 2023. Donna is currently employed at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. as the Vice President of Safety, a position they have held since June 2023.

Donna Miller, CHMM, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
