Dick Edward Oluge

Dick Edward Oluge started their work experience in 2010 as a Sales Executive at Uganda Telecom Ltd where they were responsible for devising competitive selling strategies, preparing proposals, performing sales activities, and negotiations on major accounts. In 2011, they joined InterSwitch Limited as an ATM Operations and TouchPoints employee. In 2015, they moved to Interswitch East Africa where they served as the Unit Head for Switching and Processing Operations. Finally, in 2018, they joined Uganda Revenue Authority and held the roles of Officer in Business Analysis, Process Management, and Officer in Compliance Management.

Dick Edward Oluge completed their education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Dick Edward obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Makerere University in 2011. As they pursued their career in accounting, they joined the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), where they gained further knowledge in the field until 2017. During this time, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in accounting and finance from Makerere University, which they completed in 2017. In addition to their formal education, Dick obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com, although the specific timeframe for this certification is not provided.
