Group Head, Service Operations at Interswitch

Eloho Ogude - Edebiri has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Client Services/ Solutions Support at Consultingbord Limited from November 2010 to February 2012. Eloho then joined Interswitch Group in February 2012 as a Settlement and Reconciliation Executive, where they worked until March 2016. Eloho then progressed to the position of Senior Operations Executive, Cluster Lead, Reconciliation from April 2016 to April 2017. Eloho further transitioned into the role of Team Lead, Consumer Support from May 2017 to December 2019. Eloho then took on the responsibility of Manager, Customer Support starting from January 2020 and continued in this role until November 2020. Eloho was subsequently promoted to Head, Service Operations and held this position from November 2020 to April 2021. Currently, Eloho is serving as the Group Head, Service Operations at Interswitch Group, starting from April 2021.

Eloho Ogude - Edebiri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In January 2022, they also obtained a certification in "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn.
