Mike Coyle

Mike Coyle is an experienced programme and project manager with a diverse background in overseeing complex IT and infrastructure transformations across multiple sectors. Currently, as Head of Programme Service Operations Delivery at National Highways since May 2021, Mike leads operational delivery initiatives.
