Gamaliel Ogunlaja (ITIL®, LSSYB)

Gamaliel Ogunlaja began their work experience in 2012 at Access Bank Plc as a Contact Center Consultant, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in customer service and communication skills.
