Team Lead Operations Governance at Interswitch

Temituoyo Ine began their work experience in 2011 as a Servicedesk Administrator at Jetlink Nigeria Limited, where they provided technical support to customers' incidents, queries, and requests. Temituoyo then worked as a Service Desk Engineer at Computer Warehouse Group before joining Mac Tay Consulting as an IT Officer, where they managed access to IT services and ensured proper documentation on the functioning of the Service Desk. In 2013, they became an IT Service Desk Administrator at Etisalat Nigeria, and later that year, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Team Lead for the IT Service Desk, organizing and supervising the team in resolving IT incidents and requests. From 2015 to 2022, Temituoyo worked at Stanbic IBTC, starting as an Analyst in IT Service Management before assuming roles as Analyst and Team Lead in User Access Management. Currently, they are working at Interswitch Group as a Team Lead for Operations Governance.

Temituoyo Ine attended the University of Ado-Ekiti from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Chemistry. In addition to their undergraduate education, Temituoyo also obtained additional certifications in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2019 and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in July 2019.
