Prashant Mehta

Prashant Mehta, CFA, serves as Vice President & Treasurer at IPG - Intertape Polymer Group, where responsibilities include establishing a high-performing Treasury organization and overseeing cash and liquidity management, capital structure, financial risk management, and bank relationships since April 2015. Notable achievements include leading the development of a $600 million credit facility and automating cash handling processes, as well as implementing significant changes in insurance policies that resulted in substantial annual savings. Prior experience includes leading Treasury at Anheuser-Busch InBev, managing over $5 billion in operating cash flow, and championing various financial strategies that yielded significant improvements in cash flow and working capital management. With a strong educational background in finance and engineering, Prashant has also volunteered as a mentor and grader for the CFA Institute.
