Ömer Nebi Bardakci

Ömer Nebi Bardakci has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ömer Nebi started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2015. Ömer Nebi then joined Garanti BBVA Teknoloji as an IT Business Analyst in 2016. Later, they worked at Yapı Kredi Teknoloji as an Expert IT Business Analyst from 2016 to 2020.

In 2020, Ömer joined Akbank as an Experienced IT Business Analyst and Scrum Master in the Card Payment Systems Department. At Akbank, they collaborated with various companies and worked on projects related to 3D Secure, Switch, Credit Card Authorization, and QR Payment. Ömer Nebi also ensured compliance with MC, VISA, BKM, and CUP release mandates, as well as with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

In 2018, Ömer completed the Oracle Database 12c R2; Program with PLSQL Ed2 PRV certification provided by Oracle.

Most recently, in 2023, Ömer achieved certifications in Professional Scrum Product Owner 1 and Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org, demonstrating their expertise in scrum product ownership and project management.
