Damla Yapar Av has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and digital transformation. Damla started their career as a Software Engineer at Yapi Kredi Emeklilik A.S. in 2008. Later, they worked as a Business Analyst at Sigorta Bilgi ve Gözetim Merkezi for a brief period in 2013. Following this, Damla joined SoftTech A.Ş. and held the roles of Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Damla joined Allianz Türkiye where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst until 2020. They then transitioned into the role of Digital Transformation Specialist until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Damla worked as a Business Development Supervisor and Product Owner at Allianz Türkiye.

Currently, Damla is employed at INTERTECH as a Business Analyst Coach, starting in October 2022.

Damla Yapar Av, PSPO I, has a solid educational background in engineering and computer-related fields. Damla attended the Izmir Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2008, where they studied Computer Engineering. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued further education at the same institution, focusing on Engineering/Industrial Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Damla Yapar Av holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner, which they obtained from Scrum.org in November 2020.
