Jacob Phillips

Jacob Phillips is an experienced quality engineer currently employed at Intertech Plastics, LLC, where responsibilities include leading the plastic injection mold validation process and establishing CMM programming methodology while utilizing Minitab for data analysis. Prior to this, Jacob served as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Zimmer Biomet, acting as a subject matter expert for the Supplier NCR process and achieving a significant reduction in open non-conformance reports. Earlier experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op position at Applied Medical Technology, Inc., focusing on the design and maintenance of electro-mechanical fixturing for silicone medical device production, utilizing CAD software and CNC machines. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The University of Akron.
