Geoff Augello

Geoff Augello has extensive experience in customer support and service roles across several industries. Currently, Geoff serves as a Customer Support Representative at Intertek Alchemy, providing technical assistance and product installation support. Prior to this, Geoff worked at Rust-Oleum Corporation as a Product Support Representative and at Alchemy Systems in a similar customer support capacity. Additionally, Geoff held the position of Lead Broker Services Representative at The Word & Brown Companies, where responsibilities included training, managing escalations, and onboarding new brokers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Account Manager at Amphion, inc. and a Consumer Services Representative at Nutro Products. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts degree in Humanities from Pasadena City College.
