Rakhi Nagpal

Rakhi Nagpal currently serves as Head of Operations (Supplier Management) for Business Assurance at Intertek since September 2023, contributing to the company's role as a leading Total Quality Assurance provider. Prior to this position, Rakhi held the role of Production Planning Manager for India and Bangladesh at PUMA Group from April 2014 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing supply chain functions across Southeast Asia. Rakhi began the career at Reebok and was a key part of the foundational team that facilitated the transition to adidas in India, later serving as a Planning Specialist for both Northern and Southern India. Previous roles also include team leadership at Gulliver's Travel and various management positions in quality assurance and operations. Rakhi holds a PhD in Marketing/Marketing Management from Lovely Professional University and multiple degrees in business and technology.
