Sonya Cooper

Sonya Cooper is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operational leadership within the testing and accreditation sector. Currently serving as Regional Production Manager at Intertek Electrical since June 2019, Sonya oversees the Engineering Team's daily operations, customer relations, and project management while supervising a team of project coordinators and administrative staff. Employed at Intertek Testing Services, NA since May 2014 as Lead Project Coordinator/Administrative Supervisor, Sonya enhances project metrics and fosters global collaboration. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Coordinator in the Hazardous Locations Group at Intertek Testing Services, and Program Area Coordinator at Imagine!, where leadership involved overseeing a large staff and human resources functions.
