Tony George

EVP, Human Resources at Intertek

Tony George is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Intertek. Tony previously served as the Chief of Staff and Operations Director at Cisco from September 2006 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for driving execution across multiple technical and business work streams and programs.

George has extensive experience in Sales Play and Offer development for field sales leverage and program management of dynamic and cross functional programs. Some of their notable accomplishments at Cisco include definition and implementation of the Operational and Governance Strategy for the CTO Office, managing P/L and headcount for the global sales enablement organization, and conducting weekly staff and extended staff meetings.

Tony is known for their ability to manage complex cross functional programs and initiatives, both technical in nature and business/operationally focused. George is also an expert in internal and external communications, having served as a senior staff liaison for VP/SVP on numerous occasions.

In their current role at Intertek, Tony George is responsible for leading the human resources department and overseeing all aspects of HR strategy and operations. Tony is committed to creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
