Carlito Lebrilla

Carlito Lebrilla is currently an advisor at InterVenn Biosciences. Prior to this, they were a professor of chemistry at the University of California, Davis from July 1996 to July 2011. From July 1995 to July 1996, they served as an associate professor and from July 1989 to July 1995 they were an assistant professor.

Carlito Lebrilla received their bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine. Carlito then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. After completing their PhD, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Irvine, where they researched the development of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry. Carlito later became a Postdoctoral Fellow at Technische Universität Berlin.
