Milos Krstic

Milos Krstic is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at InterVenture since February 2024. Prior to this role, Milos held positions as Head of Recruitment at both Atomia AB and Roboten from September 2023 to February 2024, and was the IT Recruitment Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at InterVenture from June 2021 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Nicoll Curtin from February 2020 to June 2021. Milos holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Belgrade and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications from Filozofski fakultet u Nišu.
