Andrea Maurice Peiris

Andrea Maurice Peiris is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Intervest Software Technologies (Private) Limited, Andrea has also held significant positions such as the Head of People & Culture at Cube Networks and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Virtusa, where responsibilities included head of HR compliance. Previous roles include Manager of Resourcing at Nations Trust Bank PLC and Head of HR for Alliance Finance Company PLC. Andrea Maurice Peiris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colombo, completed between 1996 and 1999, and attended St. Bridget's Convent in Colombo 07 from 1978 to 1994.
