Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at IIA Healthcare since June 2020, Emma has previously held key positions such as Director of Delivery & Operations at Jobber Group and IT Management Consultant at RAS & Associates and Perficient. With a foundational role at Healthgrades as Product Owner in Data Management, Emma has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. Emma's early career included research assistance in supply chain and logistics at Colorado State University, complemented by international trade experience as an intern at Colby International LLC. Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University and has furthered education through programs in Germany and France.
