Ubaldo Ciminieri (he/him/his) has been involved in a variety of roles related to communication, relationship-building, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. In 2020, they became Co-Founder & CMO of interviewIA, where they developed the company's website and content strategy using Hubspot and other creative applications. Ubaldo also acted as Talent Strategist and Acquisition expert for both the organization and its clients. In 2021, they became a Founding Member of the Talent Champions Council. In 2018, they were a Strategy and Communications member of the Deep Space Predictive Research Group. In 2019, they became a Member Board of Directors and President of the Blind Institute of Technology, where they advised on the direction of the organization and helped to find technical work for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Ubaldo also became CEO, Co-Founder & Facilitator of Breaking the Bias - Unconscious Bias, Conscious Inclusion Workshops, where they built and delivered a curriculum of DEI training to thousands of employees globally, both in-person and virtually. In 2021, they became a Member & Contributing Writer of the Forbes Technology Council. In 2019, they became Creator, Producer & Co-Host of Choose Inclusion, an Honorary Webby Award Winner. Ubaldo also became a Member Board of Directors of CU Peru, a non-profit organization that supports health workers in the Peruvian Amazon. In 2013, they were an Executive Producer of The Daedalum Project. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, they were Host of various podcasts RE: Inclusion, Diversity, Bias at Jobber Group, where they also served as Chief Strategic Connections Officer, Executive Talent Consultant and Recruiter, and EVP, Talent and Creative Strategy.

Ubaldo Ciminieri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Creighton University between 1994 and 1998. In 2021, they were awarded the International Trade Council Go Global Awards from the International Trade Council.
