Michael Mroczka

Michael Mroczka is an experienced software engineer and dedicated coaching interviewer with a strong background in both technical and behavioral interviewing. Currently serving as a Dedicated Coaching Interviewer at interviewing.io since December 2019, Michael has co-authored a highly regarded System Design guide. Recent experience includes a full-stack Software Engineer position at Google, contributing to Google Search from September 2021 to April 2024. Previously, roles at Salesforce, GE Healthcare, and GE Aviation involved developing innovative software solutions in various capacities. Michael holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
