Jamie Rulo

Jamie Rulo has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career as an On-Site Support at Turnkey Computer Systems, Inc., where they responded to customer support calls, installed and configured servers and desktops, and managed dental practice software and hardware. After that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at TierPoint, where they provided customer support, responded to tickets, and maintained a high level of client satisfaction. Later, they joined CenturyLink as an Associate Network Security Engineer, focusing on network security functions. Currently, they are working as an Associate Engineer at InterVision Systems, where they are involved in engineering-related tasks.

Jamie Rulo graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Arnold in the period between 2005 and 2009.
