Richard also monitored team workload and helped create an efficient workload. Later, in 2022, Richard transitioned to the role of Senior Wireless Engineer at InterVision Systems. Here, they collaborate with pre-sales and customers to develop vendor agnostic solutions, engages with stakeholders to develop strategies, and provides expert consulting support to translate customer needs into technology use cases.
