Anna Nicol Assoc CIPD has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Interwell, overseeing HR functions across the UK and Africa since May 2013. Key responsibilities include recruitment, training and competency, employee development, engagement, relations, rewards, benefits, discipline, and performance management. Anna is a member of the local management team, providing reports to the global corporate team. Prior to this role, Anna worked as a UK HR Specialist and Competency Assurance/HR Manager at Dron & Dickson from February 2005 to April 2013. Anna holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Robert Gordon University, alongside a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from North East Scotland College.
