Kelsey Lee is the Global Employee Experience Lead at InterWorks since October 2017, responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, connection, and inclusivity within the organization. Previous roles at InterWorks include Manager of Talent Development and Outreach, where Kelsey led the recruiting strategy and developed scalable practices to improve the candidate experience, and Recruitment Coordinator, focusing on the recruitment process and candidate communications. Prior to joining InterWorks, Kelsey worked at Oklahoma State University from June 2011 to October 2017, serving as Career Services Manager, where effective programming for business students was managed, and earlier as Career Coordinator and Student Success Coordinator, providing essential advising and support. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources with a focus on Food Science from Oklahoma State University.
