Chiara Frigerio

Chiara Frigerio currently serves as the Head of HR & Organization at Intesa Sanpaolo International Value Services since July 2024. Prior to this role, Chiara was the Head of Human Resources at REYL Group from February 2022 to July 2024, where key responsibilities included managing human resources strategy, overseeing recruitment and selection, and implementing performance evaluation systems. Chiara's previous experience includes significant roles in recruiting and human resources at Intesa Sanpaolo, Adecco, Junior Achievement Italia, Manpower Inc., Accenture, and Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. Chiara holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and has completed several specialized HR-related courses, including an Executive Course in HR Business Leader from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
