Alessandro Liboni

Alessandro Liboni is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and program management, currently serving as the Head of Global Governance and Project Management at Intesa Sanpaolo since October 2017. In this role, Alessandro leads a diverse team of approximately 60 Tech Leads, focusing on enhancing software delivery quality through the establishment of project governance standards, development of training paths for project managers, and optimization of project assignments. Previous roles include business development management at aizoOn and Regola S.r.l., as well as program management in e-health projects at CSI Piemonte, where Alessandro contributed to the Piedmont public health system. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Environmental and Territory Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an internship in GIS at the University of Maryland.
