Alma Uldedaj

Alma Uldedaj is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in in-house counsel roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior In-House Counsel at Intesa Sanpaolo since June 2022, Alma previously worked at Deutsche Bank from July 2014 to June 2022 as In-House Counsel and Assistant Vice President, focusing on the preparation and negotiation of complex master agreements for trade and cash finance products. Additionally, Alma served as an Attorney Consultant, drafting residential lending policies and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Alma holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
