Natalie Matthews is an experienced professional in legal recruiting and talent management, currently serving as a Lateral Legal Recruiter at Kirkland & Ellis since January 2024. Previously, Natalie held positions at Norton Rose Fulbright as a Legal Talent Management Coordinator and at Locke Lord LLP as a Legal Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Recruiting Coordinator.
