Christian Biribin is an experienced asset manager with a diverse background in real estate advisory and asset management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Intesa Sanpaolo Real Estate Advisory since January 2020, Christian previously held roles at illimity and Coldwell Banker Commercial Italy, where responsibilities included senior advisory and directorial positions in real estate. Christian's earlier experience spans a decade at Beni Stabili SIIQ as a Senior Asset Manager and Head of the Letting Department at Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, focusing on portfolio performance and strategic leasing. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, Christian continues to advance expertise in integrated real estate consulting and asset management.
