Cristina Maria Piai

Cristina Maria Piai holds extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Cristina serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Strategic Design and Innovation Lab and has been a board member at InTheBoardroom by Valore D since January 2019. At Intesa Sanpaolo, Cristina has held the position of Head of People Development within the IMI C&IB Division since February 2002, concurrently functioning as Head of Secretariat at Hermes Ricerche. Additional roles include membership with the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Treviso and the European Women on Boards until June 2024. Cristina has a rich educational background, including a Doctorate in Transport Engineering from Università degli Studi di Trieste and has completed finance-related programs at SDA Bocconi and AIAF.
