Luca Matrone

Luca Matrone is a seasoned executive in the energy and finance sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Energy in the Corporate & Investment Banking Division at Intesa Sanpaolo since July 2017. Luca Matrone also holds the position of Vice Chair of the Environment and Energy Committee at Business at OECD since October 2019 and previously contributed as a member of the Energy, Sustainability & Climate Taskforce for B20 Saudi Arabia 2020. Prior to these roles, Luca Matrone was the Head of Energy for M&A Advisory at Banca IMI from February 2000 to July 2017, specializing in advising Energy & Utility companies on Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Restructuring, Reorganizations, and Joint Ventures. Luca Matrone completed a Laurea in Business Administration at Università Bocconi from 1992 to 1998.
