Prior to these roles, Luca Matrone was the Head of Energy for M&A Advisory at Banca IMI from February 2000 to July 2017, specializing in advising Energy & Utility companies on Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Restructuring, Reorganizations, and Joint Ventures. Luca Matrone completed a Laurea in Business Administration at Università Bocconi from 1992 to 1998.
